He has more than twenty five years experience in designing, underwriting, marketing and servicing employee and executive benefit plans. Ron's extensive industry education and numerous insurance company service and production awards are a testament to his knowledge of, commitment to, and success in the employee benefits and financial services arenas. Ron currently maintains life, health and property casualty insurance licenses in numerous states. Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville , with graduate studies in Accounting at The University of Arkansas, Little Rock. Albert Tynon Al has over twenty five years experience in designing, marketing and servicing employee and executive benefit programs. He has extensive industry education and numerous insurance company service and production awards. As a testament to his belief in continuing education, Al earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Chartered Financial Councilor (ChFC) designations from The American College of Bryn Mawr, Pa. Al earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma , Norman and a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Southern State College, Joplin.

Amber Wolfe Amber has over six years experience in association marketing with an additional 7 years insurance industry experience. She currently maintains Health and Life insurance licenses in both Kansas and Missouri . She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Webster University , St. Louis , Missouri. Diana Clark Diana has over twenty years experience in the healthcare industry with an additional seven years insurance industry experience. She currently maintains Health and Life insurance licenses in both Kansas and Missouri. Janelle Williams Janelle Williams has more than twenty years association, communications, management, marketing, sales and teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and is a licensed agent for life and health in Kansas and Missouri. Carol Heese Carol has more than 30 years experience in benefits consulting. Her past experience includes managing client relationships in the brokerage and consulting field in a variety of disciplines. Prior to joining Hallier Reed, Carol was an Account Executive with Hays Companies, a Senior Consultant with Corporate Benefits Consulting Group, and an Assistant Vice President of Alexander & Alexander Benefits Services.
